Food Innovation Lab is a XTC department dedicated to creative workshop animation and concept generation in food industry. Its role is to stimulate creativity to get innovative and relevant concepts.
Developed in partnership with Golden Links (consulting agency specialized in open innovation www.goldenlinks.fr/ang/ ), Food Innovation Lab method is based on two principles:
